What type of session is right for me?

If you're unsure where to begin, don’t worry. Each session is customized to your needs. You’re welcome to book a free clarity call, or simply start with what you’re most drawn to—your intuition often knows what you need.

Can I book a session if I’ve never done energy healing before?

Absolutely. Many clients are new to this work and find it both powerful and grounding. I’ll walk you through the process and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! Most energy healing and coaching sessions are available via Zoom or phone. You’ll receive the same powerful support and transformation from the comfort of your own space.

Do I need to prepare for my session?

Just come as you are. For Shiatsu, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For energy work or coaching, it helps to set an intention or bring a topic you'd like to explore, but it's not required.

What’s the difference between Reiki, Shiatsu, and Advanced Energy Work?

Shiatsu is physical, hands-on bodywork focused on energy meridians. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-above technique using spiritual energy. Advanced Energy Work dives deeper into spiritual layers—clearing ancestral, karmic, or soul-level patterns.

How often should I come in for healing?

That depends on your goals. Some clients come weekly during transitions or stress, while others book monthly or seasonally. We’ll co-create a rhythm that supports your journey and growth.
